The client acquisition department works towards extending BPFIS’ array of services to new clients. The department that looks after the client relationship and management takes care of ensuring prompt delivery of services to the clients, addressing to all the customer grievances and keeping the customers updated about their portfolios as well as the market trends. The department also makes sure that greetings are sent to all the clients on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, etc. This unique practice adopted by the company long ago is being now followed by many an organization too.
The third department looks after the training and management of the employees, where they are groomed and educated about the latest trends in the industry.As a part of their tranning programme the employees are also sent to various conferences and seminars in and outside Nagpur. From time to time various programmes are also conducted by professional institutions such as Institute of Excellence, Insureguru, Datacomp, Webtech and Departmental Exchange for Knowledge and Training. Mainting high level of transparency in transactions and giving authentic information to the clients is strictly followed by the employees. He is expert in managing financial service portfolio related to selling of insurance & investment products, to high net worth clients & retail investors. He went on to complete Qualified AMFI-Certification (Exams for Mutual Funds) so that he can render best professional advice to clients.
Before joing BPFIS, he has worked as branch head with Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd., & L.I.C. Mutual Fund AMC Ltd. He has rich experience in assessing needs of clients and accordingly charting out viable finance portfolio after considering financial and technical aspects.
Paresh Chauhan
Chief Operating Officer
He is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional” with 9 years of experience in Quality and Finance. He is a Bachelor of Commerce and C A Intermediate having rich experience in process design, conceptualisation and implementation of business plans, portfolio management and analysis.
He is looking after the company's Business initiatives and also heading the Mumbai Satellite branch. He has been assisting the directors in all new initiatives/alliances and contributes in policy making. B

IT Manager
He is Bachelor of Commerce from Nagpur University and proficient in IT & MIS. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of program development, network administration and system specialization.
He looks after IT requirements, development and technological capability building. He has developed several customer centric IT modules & heads the IT department of the company across the country |
